Sunday Worship: 11am & 6pm

at Bethesda Evangelical Church

Sundays & House Groups

The service consists of a mix of old and new songs, prayers, a children’s story, a Bible reading, and then a message is preached based on a Bible passage. By 12:15pm, we’re usually assembled in the church hall, enjoying refreshments. A hearing loop system is provided for those who use hearing aids. During the service, there is a crèche for tiny tots, and just before the main talk, children who wish to do so can go through to the back hall for Sunday School. Parents and carers of young children are welcome to stay with their children in the crèche – the speaker’s message is usually relayed through into the crèche.

On the first Sunday evening of each month, we meet together to pray. On most other Sunday evenings, we meet for Communion.

During the week, House Groups meet to study and discuss the teaching that was given during the Sunday morning. It’s a time to reflect, discuss, and learn more about the word of God and build on your relationship with him.

Similarly to the Tuesday and Thursday House Groups, Fridays House Group also meets to study and discuss the message that was given during the Sunday morning service.
Please note, though, that Friday is a Stay & Play House Group. This means it is a space made to ensure parents can relax knowing the children are safe and able to play whilst parents and guardians are able to relax and learn from God’s Word.
